Important Information

Swimming Pool:

  • The use of the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of “Giuliveto B&B.”
  • It is not permitted to walk through the property wearing only a swimsuit, to enter barefoot, or to wear wet flip-flops and/or other wet footwear inside the premises.
  • Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Guests are required to place a towel on sunbeds before use and may occupy only one sunbed or deck chair per person with personal belongings. Pool equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas, tables) must be returned to its proper place after use.
  • Please use the outdoor shower before entering the water. In any case, entering the pool with sunscreen, tanning products, or hair oils without first showering is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of the pool is not permitted in the event of adverse weather conditions.
  • Smoking and the consumption of food or beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
  • Running along the poolside, pushing other swimmers into the water, and diving are strictly forbidden.
  • It is strictly forbidden to engage in dangerous games and/or activities that may disturb other guests.
  • Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult who supervises them at all times and is able to intervene if necessary.
  • The swimming pool measures 5.5 m x 11 m and has a maximum depth of 150 cm and a minimum depth of 20 cm.

Property Guidelines:

  • Access to the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests.
  • To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property, guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • To ensure a serene and relaxing stay for all guests, the property is designed to accommodate adults and children over the age of 6. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Due to structural and organizational considerations, our B&B is not equipped to accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
  • Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • To provide the best possible service, please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the outdoor area during breakfast service.

Parking:

  • Each room includes one reserved parking space. The property can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 standard vehicles.
