A Dream Among Olive Trees
Giuliveto was born from the desire to slow down and choose beauty as a way of life. After years spent chasing fast rhythms and professional goals, we felt the need for a place that was more authentic, more essential.
When we arrived on this hillside, surrounded by olive trees and silence, we knew it was home. We restored the property with care, respecting the original spirit of the place. Today, we welcome every guest with the same emotion that led us to stay.
In the Green Heart of Umbria
Giuliveto is set on a gentle hill just a few minutes from the Abbey of Sassovivo, nestled within a garden of sixty Moraiolo olive trees.
From here, the view opens onto the Umbrian valleys, where clear light, breathtaking sunsets, and deep silence shape the landscape.
Despite the tranquility of nature, the center of Foligno can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. A location that combines seclusion and convenience, making it easy to explore Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, and the other historic villages of the region.
Simple, Refined Elegance
We chose a style that blends modernity and memory, comfort and restraint. Natural materials, parquet flooring, warm tones, and clean lines define the interiors.
